I know that location, Myrtle Beach Mall in SC. They hold some sort of Mustang gathering/show and this happens every year.

that was painful to watch. But "heeee too olllld" was damn funny. It's one thing to be stupid and smack to curbs but when you almost run over people and then jump the median and him a BMW you're going to have some dues to pay. I wish I could have seen that court case.
